Media ServicesThe Office of Educational Cloud provides various multi-media services for the university. This section supports educational and research activities (e.g., educational material production). Fees apply for all services (payment cannot be made at your own expense). Payments are made twice a year (requested in August for use from April to July, in February for use from August to January, and the next fiscal year for usage in February and March). |

| Video Production |
Filming, relaying and recording of symposium/seminar/events and production of related DVDs. The Office also collects a commission to provide/remake low-cost, high-quality products. |

The Office supports a wide variety of translation recording media for audio/video and a range of recording formats. Its video editing system, audio recording room and recording studio support the production of educational materials and tools. |

Office staff photograph buildings, classrooms and various events at the university and publish the resulting images. |
